Refund Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking our property compliance services.

1. Inspection Services

Once a property inspection has been performed and the engineer has completed the site visit, the service fee is considered earned and is non-refundable. This includes all EICR, Gas Safety, Fire Risk Assessment, EPC, and other compliance inspection services.

If an inspection cannot be completed due to issues discovered on site that prevent a full assessment (e.g., unsafe access, incomplete property), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion minus the inspection visit fee.

2. Bundle Orders

Bundle orders (multiple services booked together at a discounted rate) may be eligible for a partial refund if cancelled before any inspection within the bundle has been performed. The refund amount will reflect the discounted bundle rate, not the individual service prices.

Once any single inspection in a bundle has been completed, the entire bundle fee becomes non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.

3. Cancellation Window

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided no inspection has been scheduled or performed. After this window, cancellations may incur an administrative fee of up to 25% of the order value.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment are subject to a late cancellation fee as the engineer has already been allocated to the booking.

4. Certificate Fees

Digital certificate fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued and made available for download. This includes EPC certificates, EICR reports, Gas Safety certificates, and Fire Risk Assessment documentation.

If a certificate contains an error on our part, we will correct and reissue it at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided for certificates that are valid but do not meet the property's expected outcome.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is warranted due to exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. We encourage customers to reach out before initiating chargebacks through their payment provider to resolve any concerns directly.
